Terms of Service

Wings Tail curates village-based experiences across Sri Lanka, connecting international travelers with host families and community coordinators. When you book, you enter an experience agreement with the host, facilitated by Wings Tail.

• Prices are shown in USD and may include local taxes and a small sustainability contribution.
• A booking is confirmed once payment is received and we've reserved capacity with the host.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the traveler details you provide (names, dates, party size).

See our cancellation policy for refund windows. Date changes are subject to host availability and may incur a rebooking fee.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every journey.
• Disclose any medical conditions, dietary needs, or mobility limitations at the time of booking.
• Respect village customs, dress modestly at religious sites, and follow host guidance.
• You are responsible for your own visa, vaccinations, and travel documents.

Please ask before photographing hosts, children, or private spaces. Wings Tail may capture photos and video during experiences for marketing use; tell us if you'd prefer not to appear.

We source, vet, and coordinate hosts and experiences. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control — including weather, road conditions, illness, or third-party service disruptions. We will always work with you to reschedule, substitute, or refund appropriately.

Site copy, photography, and video are the property of Wings Tail or our contributors. Please don't reproduce them commercially without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved in Sri Lankan courts unless we agree otherwise in writing.
